My computer won't turn on
If your computer will not power on or it is on but maybe you cannot see anything on screen try these steps:
- Make sure it is plugged into power
- Perform a hard shutdown
- Hold down the power button for ~30 seconds
- If it does not reboot automatically, press the power button once more to attempt to power it back on
- If it still does not power on, try a colleague's power supply
- If all else fails, contact IT by opening an Incident ticket
