How do I open a ticket?
Ticket Types
Incident: Incidents are break fixes - something isn't working correctly. For example - your computer will not power on, printing is not working, software is crashing, etc.
Service Request: Requests are requesting a non-break fix service, hardware, software, permissions, etc
When opening a ticket, try to be as detailed as possible. Full screen screenshots are strongly encouraged.

- Browse to the IT Support Portal (the website you are reading this on), sign-in with your company credentials, select Request a service and choose the item (sign-in required)
- Using the FreshService mobile app, choose Request a service and choose the item (sign-in required)
